THIS SOUNDS GREAT, BUT WHAT EXACTLY ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Responsibilities
As Product Manager for Meetsy you will be responsible for working cross-functionally with Meetsy’s Design and Engineering teams to bring the roadmap to life while conceptualizing and planning new solutions and user experiences. A lot of your work will have a significant impact on many employees at some of the world’s largest organizations. You will be a key component in helping us surface their pain points and defining and building solutions to those pain points with exceptional quality.
Additionally, you’ll get to work with almost every team across Commsor, and you’ll be an invaluable contributor to what we’re building. As Meetsy evolves, so will the Product team — there’s room for growth and exploration in this role.
Responsibilities:
  • Work with other stakeholders — including leadership, engineering, and designers — to craft a product vision, gain buy-in across the team, and then work closely with design and engineering to ensure a high-quality implementation
  • Customer Development – continuously engage with customers to understand their problems and validate proposed solutions. You’ll explore creative solutions, test prototypes, and dive into user feedback/data to identify points of friction and opportunities for improvement for every initiative.
  • Develop the strategy behind new projects and create the plans; collaborate with design to define user flows and detailed interactions, and ensure high-quality implementation.
  • Maintain close relationships with valued customers and stakeholders to understand and communicate their needs and gain in-depth market insight
  • Own team risks, issues, and escalations, and drive to resolution
  • Clarify requirements, analyze business value, and prioritize development efforts for multiple projects of various complexities
  • Understand current and future needs of the Meetsy product, by means of defining features, determining success criteria, validate solutions, and evaluate customer satisfaction
  • Develop software release plans working closely with engineering teams while ensuring product quality standards and delivery deadlines are met
  • Prioritize features and improvements and make trade-offs based on understanding of strategies, budget, requirements, goals and the value features and stories bring to the business

You are:

  • Experienced managing SaaS products. You have ~3 years of experience managing a user-facing product within a SaaS industry.
  • Equally comfortable discussing the product vision with customers and prospects as you are diving into technical details of how to build it with engineers
  • A connector who builds trusted relationships throughout the organization to drive results.
  • Experience working in a distributed, asynchronous environment and great communication, without requiring meetings.
  • Someone who is resourceful and takes initiative to seek internal and external resources when problem-solving.
  • Data-informed - You demonstrate strong intuition and use data to check your assumptions to make effective and efficient decisions
  • Strategic Impact + results-oriented – Your presence is valued and requested at the strategic level. You will be turning customer problems into business solutions. This means you care about impacting the user, and deploying the right solution. You approach work with a principled and frame-worked way of thinking.
  • Systems Thinking – You know that a great product isn’t one isolated, silo'ed experience. You'll help us build the platform workplaces use to connect their members. That means helping us build out and maintain a platform.
  • Human-centered – understand customer's needs and love generating new creative solutions
  • Collaborative and enjoy navigating complex decisions as a group
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and autonomy; highly adaptable to new circumstances
  • Naturally driven to find creative and efficient solutions
And last but not least... We’re a scale-up, they’re not for everyone, but if you roll with the punches like Muhammad Ali, can cope with changes in direction like a wind sock and love a bit of ambiguity mixed with some autonomy, we’re confident you have a place here
Doesn’t sound like you? I bet you know someone though! Feel free to share this with someone you feel would make an awesome addition to the Commsaurian squad!
Like the sound of this job but not quite the right role? Send us your CV anyway. We’re a growing company which means future opportunities!
We’re committed to building a culturally diverse team and strongly encourage you to apply regardless of your location, background, race, gender, sexual orientation or any other personally defining attribute. We encourage every person who is interested to apply. We’re imperfect communicators, so think of our job postings as the starting point for discussion rather than proof that you shouldn’t apply. Take the leap - you never know, you might just be the perfect person for one of our open roles, even if you don’t match 100% of the job description. We also commit to making our hiring decisions as quickly as possible in respect to our candidates’ time and effort. We aim to move successful candidates along the pipeline within 4 weeks from the time of the application
