Every day, tens of millions of people come to Roblox to explore, create, play, learn, and connect with friends in 3D immersive digital experiences– all created by our global community of developers and creators.

At Roblox, we’re building the tools and platform that empower our community to bring any experience that they can imagine to life. Our vision is to reimagine the way people come together, from anywhere in the world, and on any device. We’re on a mission to connect a billion people with optimism and civility, and looking for amazing talent to help us get there.

A career at Roblox means you’ll be working to shape the future of human interaction, solving unique technical challenges at scale, and helping to create safer, more civil shared experiences for everyone.

Principal Product Designer, Growth

At Roblox, the Growth group runs point on the front-door to the metaverse. As a Principal Product Designer for Growth, there's no shortage of opportunity to lead and de-risk innovation through experimentation, while overhauling core discovery experiences like the homepage, search and notifications. In addition to connecting people to rich metaverse experiences, we are exploring how we can empower our growing, global user base to create and express themselves. At Roblox, we focus on the long view — with that privilege comes the responsibility and expectation that you're able to plan and accomplish a vision. On this team you'll practice both the art and science of design, balancing business and user needs as you set a vision for your team, collaborate with and leading understanding across multiple product and design teams at Roblox. Your work will have a lasting impact as we "reimagine the way people come together" and embark on our mission to "connect a billion people with optimism and civility."
