We have a remote-first culture and this position can be based anywhere from Australia or New Zealand. This role can be fully remote or a hybrid if you are in Melbourne. We encourage you to work in the way that best suits you.


How you can help make a better world of work

We’re looking for a Lead/Principal Product Manager to lead new innovation and increase the impact of our products in making a better world of work, specifically with the increased adoption of machine learning and artificial intelligence technology.

In this role, you’ll be joining our Data Intelligence group to drive the creation of new services to safely and impactfully add capabilities to our platform. You’ll also identify the strongest short- and long-term applications of this technology for customer growth, ensuring that product teams and customer-facing teams are active partners in shaping and delivering new customer value.

As part of this team of amazing humans:
You will:

  • Work with cross-functional leadership to define a long-term strategy for customer growth powered by current and emerging AI technologies
  • Develop a vision spanning multiple horizons to build up base capabilities and make strategic bets for powering growth and retention portfolio-wide
  • Work closely with product (including data and people science, engineering, and design), market, and customer facing teams to deliver on that vision with cross-business support

We would love it if you have:

  • Experience working with data scientists to bring ML products to market
  • A wealth of Product Management experience with a love for all things innovation, you’re naturally curious and thrive when it comes to using your creativity to develop new ideas
  • The ability to put those creative ideas and concepts into action, you know how to drive customer and business results
