We are looking for an innovative and experienced Lead Product Manager to spearhead our marketing technology (MarTech) platform initiatives. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to build a new area of expertise within our company. This role offers significant potential for impact, requiring a deep understanding of MarTech tools and strategies, a strong analytical mind, and a passion for data-driven decision-making. The successful candidate will be responsible for deploying and managing marketing technologies to enhance our product offerings, drive customer growth, and establish our MarTech capabilities.

You Will: 
Work in close partnership with our Marketing team to develop, define, and execute the MarTech platform strategy for our company, aligning it with our vision and objectives.
Drive the selection, integration, and optimization of the technology stack, which includes landing page & experimentation tools, customer data platform, ad servers, attribution models, and other related technologies.
Incorporate and manage experimentation tech, to enable partners to assess the effectiveness of various marketing strategies, allowing for data-driven decisions.
Collaborate with product and marketing teams to use technology to improve and personalize the customer journey.
Explore third-party data collection efforts, predictive analytics, and AI-based tools to generate deep customer insights and optimize the customer lifecycle.
Enable technology to drive media mix modeling to optimize our advertising and promotional strategies.
Guide the team in applying best practices and maintaining compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
Work with the analytics team to understand performance, derive insights, and inform product roadmap.
Ensure a seamless interface between the MarTech platform and other technology tools within the organization for a cohesive technology ecosystem.

You Have: 
Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a MarTech-focused role.
Proven experience managing and implementing successful MarTech solutions.
Deep knowledge of marketing technologies, including ad servers, landing page tools, customer data platforms, multi-touch attribution tools, data management platforms, and data collection technologies.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive meaningful insights from complex data sets.
Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills.
Familiarity with media mix modeling and its application in marketing strategy.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Understanding and experience in compliance with data privacy and security laws and regulations.
Experience in change management, fostering a technology-friendly environment, and driving adoption of new tools and practices.
At Scribd, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location. San Francisco is our highest geographic market in the United States. In the state of California, the reasonably expected salary range is between $150,000 [minimum salary in our lowest geographic market within California] to $242,500 [maximum salary in our highest geographic market within California]. 

Outside of California, the reasonably expected salary range is between $123,500 [minimum salary in our lowest US geographic market outside of California] to $230,500 [maximum salary in our highest US geographic market outside of California]. 

We carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including but not limited to experience; job-related skill sets; relevant education or training; and other business and organizational needs. The salary range listed is for the level at which this job has been scoped. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply. This position is also eligible for a competitive equity ownership, and a comprehensive and generous benefits package.
