The Role

The Visual Designer will report directly to the Creative Director and collaborate with departments across marketing, content, engineering, and beyond. The ideal candidate will possess a versatile skill set in 3D motion, modeling, rendering, motion graphics, and graphic design fundamentals. They will excel in a fast-paced environment, contributing to brainstorming sessions, visualizing concepts, collaborating within a team, and executing projects efficiently.

Responsibilities

Utilize expertise in 3D motion, modeling, rendering, motion graphics, and graphic design fundamentals to create compelling visual content.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and visualize design concepts, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
Execute projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain consistent visual branding and messaging across all platforms, ensuring alignment with the company's identity and values.
Work closely with marketing, content, engineering, and other departments to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional visual designs.
Act as a team player within the design team, providing support, feedback, and creative input to colleagues.
Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve design capabilities and processes.

Requirements

Proven experience in 3D motion, modeling, rendering, motion graphics, and graphic design fundamentals.
A deep understanding of the web3, crypto space.
Ability to conceptualize and execute visual designs in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team.
Proficiency in relevant software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Cinema 4D, etc.
Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of visual design projects, including 3D motion, modeling, rendering, motion graphics, and graphic design.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in visual design or related field.
Bachelor's degree in Visual Design, Graphic Design, or a related field (preferred).
