Lyft is building out the Lyft Business Product Marketing team to support our rapidly growing platform. Lyft Business empowers organizations to drive their businesses forward through an innovative suite of transportation solutions, enabling use cases such as employee commute programs, business travel, courtesy rides, events, and more.

The Product Marketing team partners closely with the Product team to determine the strategic direction and positioning of products, drives campaigns when rolling out new products, and optimizes current features to support user growth, engagement, and retention. Lyft Business Product Marketing Managers also partner closely with our sales and account management teams to optimize and refine our sales strategy.

We are hiring a Product Marketing Manager who is passionate about our technology and has a strong customer-first mindset to help bring new Lyft Business products to market effectively and drive revenue growth. We’re looking for a results-driven Product Marketer to lead marketing efforts for our growing portfolio of B2B transportation solutions, focusing on Enterprise customers. In this role, you will be responsible for working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop product strategies as well as positioning and go-to-market strategies for new products.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive a strategy for business-facing products in conjunction with the Product and Engineering teams, including but not limited to go-to-market plans, competitive analysis, customer segmentation, product positioning, and messaging
  • Develop a vision for and create sales enablement content (e.g., presentations, trainings, collateral) that can help our Sales team close pipeline and cross-sell 
  • Understand the B2B2C landscape; develop B2B marketing strategies as well as drive adoption and growth across consumers 
  • Be the voice and expert of the product’s audience
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Product Design, UX Research, and Data Science to fuel ongoing product adoption and go-to-market launches
  • Partnering with sales teams to continually optimize sales enablement materials
  • Identify new use cases and sales motions for the sales team to pursue based on shifts in user behavior and market trends 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of experience relevant to product marketing
  • Analytical thinker with experience in data-driven marketing
  • Experience in applying consumer insights to inform and optimize the product experience
  • Experience with SaaS products and B2B2C product marketing preferred
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a bias towards action
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally with both analytical and creative teams

For candidates living in Colorado the expected base pay range is $113,680-$137,310 and depending on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location.

This role is work-from-anywhere, excluding the following states and territory: Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Iowa, Kansas, Maine, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, West Virginia, Wyoming, Puerto Rico
