Responsibilities

Collect users or customers needs (strong knowledge of processes is needed)
Understand the needs to translate them into a User Story validated by the users and the Product Owner
Understand the IT architecture of the Product
Back-up the Product Owner in their exchanges with the development team and stakeholders
Contribute to the change management
Assist training team during Beta-test sessions and final release testing sessions
Contribute to priority management of the backlog
