Responsibilities

Be responsible for the product visual design and quality.
Participate in product planning and research, be able to develop a high quality design style in the project, and form design guidelines and promote it within the team.
Sensitive to the product user experience, have a good understanding of product data indicators, based on the analysis to propose optimization solutions, and continue to improve the product experience.
Be able to explore the future development and design direction of the product, creative design for forward-looking products, and participate in the team's professional development and knowledge dissemination.

Requirements

Engaged in the design industry for 3+ years, love design, have a broad vision of the industry and aesthetic standards.
Familiar with Web, iOS and Android design guidelines and can provide relevant success cases.
Rich knowledge of design theory and keen insight into popular trends, drive improvement and enhance the team's design capability.
Experience and insights on user research, and have certain interaction design thinking.
Good communication and team player, passionate about work, creativity and responsibility, continuous learning, able to withstand work pressure.
Strong self-drive and Owner awareness, responsible for results.
