Director Product Operations - Care

Location Details:

At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time, others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.

Remote: This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or offsites.​

This position is not eligible to be performed in Alaska, Mississippi, North Dakota, or the Virgin Islands.

What you'll get to do...

• Manage a team of Product Operations Managers. This includes people management, ensuring role clarity with internal partners including details on work delivery and operating model, and defining team priorities and roadmap.
• Define and operationalize strategies to enable technical support and sales strategies of Care & Services.
• Synthesize data and insights from Care customer interactions and drive back into product and marketing teams to improve customer product and sales experience.
• Coordinate the launch of new products and services into Care.
• Supervise project success and make changes based on findings.
• Communicate proactively with partners and sponsors to provide support, identify problems, build solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
• Establish and foster solid working relationships, with a strong emphasis on pragmatic problem solving.
• May require occasional business travel (<10%) to other GoDaddy locations or partner sites

Your experience should include...

• Proven technical competence with software development
• Previous experience working on or in a role closely aligned with a Customer Care organization, understanding of Care operations.
• A passion for training/coaching one’s team on both technical product knowledge and sales skills.
• A continuous improvement mindset and a desire to improve our product and customer experiences.
• Knowledge of project management methodology and how this can be used to create sales programs in a large, matrix organization
