In this role you will lead the continued build out of Lyft's wheelchair accessibility program, manage our most demanding and complex programs, and lead the execution of new supply and rider initiatives. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, business savvy, and exceptionally driven. Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact, lead, and be responsible for Lyft’s end-to-end WAV operations (e.g. partner management, financial modeling, rider support, and driver onboarding process)
  • Manage all of Lyft’s WAV programs by understanding and operationalizing complex regulatory requirements in high risk markets with stakeholder visibility and buy-in 
  • Improve existing operational processes & build new projects from scratch to address gaps and achieve our OKRs
  • Understand core business problems and independently lead deep dives to uncover new product and business opportunities across the platform and individual markets
  • Act as a program manager to strategically plan and execute comprehensive cross functional projects from initiation to successful execution
  • Navigate high stake situations with a high degree of uncertainty addressing risks and working with the leadership team to mitigate emerging issues
  • Analyze and interpret qualitative and quantitative data using spreadsheets and other analytical tools to make data-driven decisions
  • Communicate program status and report on key performance indicators to the leadership team and stakeholders

Experience and Skills:

  • 5+ years of operations experience in a high growth startup or tech environment, preferably with a Product Operations background 
  • Proven ability to build projects/processes from scratch & implementing them to solve difficult business problems
  • Data oriented with demonstrated analytical proficiency and skills (proficiency with Excel required; proficiency with SQL preferred)
  • Experience initiating and leading cross-functional initiatives & collaborating closely with many team members, including Legal and Compliance teams
  • Ability to generate hypotheses and successfully manage multiple and sometimes conflicting interests.
  • Strong sense of ownership and curiosity to challenge assumptions
  • Organized and detail oriented - able to track and lead multiple ongoing and wide-ranging projects
  • Ability to craft a compelling story and concisely present recommendations across teams

This role is work-from-anywhere, excluding the following states and territory: Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Iowa, Kansas, Maine, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, West Virginia, Wyoming, Puerto Rico.

For candidates living in Colorado the expected base pay range is $118,250-$139,150 and depending on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location.
